"Contrary to all the complaints here, my experience with HITPA was good. They approved the final amount in 2 hours after deducting a small amount. Even the response from their Customer Service was good. Maybe I was fortunate. It was a Cancer Surgery Operation of my mother-in-law at Artemis, Gurgaon, which happened in the 1st week of December 2025."
